In two weeks' time four men will attempt to become the first individuals on earth to run 7 ultra marathons in 7 consecutive days on 7 separate continents. This documentary charts their story from its humble beginnings through to the amazing challenge itself. They begin racing on March 14th and their journey will take them from Antarctica's icy plateaus to the thriving city metropolises of New York, Santiago, Sydney and Hong Kong. From here they will travel to the vast deserts of North Africa before finally arriving for a magical homecoming in London. The team will race around the clock, catching what little sleep they can on connecting flights and they’ll be monitored continually by GPS in their bid to be approved by the Guinness World Record Authority.
